Eggsquisite Café — Restaurant in Oswego Township

Finally got the chance to come check this place out and boy am I glad to have a new favorite breakfast spot. Service was fast and friendly. The interior updates don't detract from the charm that Select restaurant had. We got the sunny tomato omelet and I can't believe how much I enjoyed it. I can't wait to come back just for it. Equally delicious is the Rodeo Benedict. This place does it right using a biscuit instead of an English muffin on a gravy topped benedict. My only complaint is we upgraded to the blueberry lemon pancakes and the menu described it as a blueberry compote, but it was a jelly instead with no actual berries. It still tasted good but I would've gone with a different option if I knew it was jelly and not a true compote. The lemon drizzle on it was great and they were the perfect texture. The S'mores French Toast at Eggsquisite Cafe in Montgomery is an absolute game-changer! From the moment it arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The two thick slices of French toast were perfectly golden, topped with a generous scattering of fluffy marshmallows, rich chocolate chips, and a drizzle of what tasted like a heavenly chocolate syrup. There was even a hint of graham cracker crumble, which really brought the "s'mores" concept home. Each bite was pure bliss – the toast was soft and eggy, the marshmallows were perfectly gooey (some even slightly toasted!), and the chocolate was just decadent. We're on a long summer road-trip and seeking a neighborhood cafe instead of hotel and highway food for brunch. Eggsquisite Cafe lives up to its name, and not only for the eggs (which were perfect over-easy). The corned beef hash and plain crepe accompanying the eggs were also excellent. The smoked salmon and bagel platter also egg-ceded egg-spectations. (Not gonna apologize for the the puns.) We took 2/3 of the smoked salmon and the entire side fruit-cup in plastic containers in our cooler to enjoy the next day with the hotel's English muffins or bagels, cream cheese, and coffee.
