Mi Pueblo — Restaurant in Oswego

If I could give zero stars I would. I honestly don't know how this place gets any business. We have a family of 6 and ordered from them after moving here, and our order consisted of a variety of things (something different for everyone). My guess is that the people who eat there have no idea what good food is, specifically good Mexican food. We moved here from Colorado and perhaps my standards are higher when it comes to Mexican food but their food is far below average. I will give them credit for the cheesecake ice cream dessert. That dish is super rich, but good. On top of that this business appears to have zero respect and consideration for the neighbors and community. I ordered take out and when I got home and opened up my dinner I was bummed to see that I didn't get what I had ordered, when I called to discuss the problem the waitress put the cook on the phone who was EXTREMELY rude and insisted he did nothing wrong. I asked for a refund and was met with "it's not gonna happen" as an answer and was hung up on. Pathetic customer service for over priced taco truck food. Also the cook debated the number of shrimp in my la mocha, apparently four is more than enough for a $10.25 meal. By the way there was only two. Staying in Hillside RV Park in Oswego and we were craving some good Mexican food. After living in Tucson, AZ for awhile, we figured nothing would ever come up to the food down there. We were wrong. This food was delicious. The place is very clean and friendly and the price was very inexpensive. They could easily charge more. Its worth it.
