McDonald's — Restaurant in Othello

Ordered $38.50 of breakfast for my family on the app @ 10:25 am. Pulled into the drive through to pick up and was told they “couldn’t serve me because it was 10:31 am. I told them that I already ordered and paid. They said, “cancel if you can” then “ok- we cancelled in here”. They then asked if I would like to order from the lunch menu? I said that I had already paid through the app and was I going to get the money back? They answered, “Hopefully”. Go elsewhere- total incompetence and I didn’t get my money back.

We needed to go to Othello to drop off something. Quickly picked up lunch through the mobile app. Why are there so many upcharges? I always get a Happy Meal cheeseburger take off the mustard and onions and add extra pickles, some lettuce, and some mayonnaise. Not here, all of them had an upcharge. I also got the tiny chocolate milk, again an upcharge. So weird. So I don't think I'll be back. Ketchup everywhere. And overdone French Fries. My boys went to get some food to eat for all of us , one of my boys normally get a hand full of fries and eats them.But this time we're all just eating one by one and all the sudden one of the boys notice something shinning on one of the fries , it was a piece of glass .when I took it back all the manager there he said oh its glass I'll clean out the fries 40 minutes had already gone by since we had gotten the food and the glass was fron the caddy where the fries are thrown in in back of it has a shinny glass ..Please be careful check your...
