Stopped in after a few friends from Albia had recommended it. WOW! Tea bombs are amazing and I was given a sample of the one of the shakes (im not a shake person) SO GOOD! The staff was super friendly and patient and very knowledgeable about their product (I had lots of questions). I don't get to ottumwa often, but you can bet all my daughter's ortho appointments will now be made for early...

Besides having the best protein shakes I have ever had( and I ve had many). The people that work there are the best as well.
