Rock Creek Cafe — Restaurant in Overbrook

Food was ok. The young man taking our order and waiting on us was very sweet and courteous but as we were eating the cook I’m thinking the owner was sitting talking to a man that was in there the phone was ringing and she rudely and gruffly told the boy to answer the dang phone while they sat gossiping. Not professional and no way to speak to a kid in front of customers. He might be 12 or 13. Just did not set well with us. The young man is the only one who spoke to us. Very polite...

As I am on my most noble quest to try all the plates of biscuits and gravy there is I stopped by Rock Creek Cafe on a breezy morning.

The biscuits and gravy I had was grand and I was euphoric. Any sad feelings one may have or be experiencing these biscuits and gravy are sure to fill you up with hearty positive energy.
