I’ve ordered DoorDash twice now. First time they forgot my greens, but the salmon bites were good so I tried again tonight with my husband. After my order went through, they called and told us they did not have nachos and would not us offer a substitution in its place because nothing else was similar in price. They told us to remove on DoorDash and get a refund. I asked on the phone if they had everything else on the order, they said yes, and we were still missing Mac and cheese on all the meals we ordered! Why not mention that on the phone? The food is amazing but if you get food from this establishment I highly recommend you go up there and not go through DoorDash. There seems to be problems more times than not when I order through DoorDash. For instance I ordered a pork chop along with other items and the pork chop was missing when I called they said it just disappeared from the order and when I called DoorDash they said that they were told they sold out and substituted it with greens (which I did receive greens which makes me believe DoorDash) so while I can’t take away the fact their food is amazing I think they should do walk in or carry out only and not do delivery through...

Food was not as pictured online, which is misleading of what I’m buying. The bread was not as pictured, just straight from the bread you buy at the store into your to go box, the Mac and cheese is not as pictured, the side of pasta said it came with two slices of toast which it did not (they ended up giving two rolls but they were just regular rolls you buy from the store). I had to go into the restaurant 3 times to get everything I ordered and paid for, therefore they didn’t make sure the order was complete before handing it to their customer.
