We originally were going to eat there as we had over a hr before our game started but then 15 mins till kick off food still hadn't arrived. We sat outside as there was no room inside and as we don't drink not a fan of watching others do so either, poor choice as the band that day was horrible. Couldn't carry a conversation over the music. As it was nearing time for the game we told them to just make it to go and even then had to wait 20 more minutes by then we just wanted to pay for the drinks and go. We did get our food, funny how mentioning you are about to leave it comes out finally. My father in law eats here often says he never had to wait that long before for food. The food was good but to be called perfect timing the timing needs a bit of work. Burgers and wings don't take a hr to cook. And to top it off was late to our game. After getting to town well in advance. Service was lackluster I get being overwhelmed when having an entire section like a patio to yourself but she had food runners and others helping pour refills try doing it with the entire restaurant and having to do your own dishes so no excuse on not being able to check up on your tables better. It's not all about taking orders. The rest of the staff were friendly aside from the male bartender who couldn't comprehend we wanted to pay for our drinks from our tab not order new ones. I will say the food was delicious and those around us at the game were commenting on the smell of it and watching us eat it , one guy watched my husband eat his wings with a look of jealousy. Loss of stars goes to poor entertainment and lousy timing. Price gouging too because for 3 people the bill was $60 no way should that have been right, $20 for wings when you can get 4lbs at the store for $12 but being the only option on the menu for someone on a strict diet had no...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to work for a photography business whom did sessions at Hayes nature preserve and after shoots would come here to eat and never had a complaint.. Iāve been here a dozen times. I now have my own business and had a slumber party booking in the neighborhood behind this place.. I was excited to bring my family in because of how good it once was, and I havenāt been in a while. Letās just say, the service is AWFUL. The waitress took the order, brought our food out except for my motherās. She came back after my mom stared her down and admitted that she didnāt even put the order into the computer. She goes back to put the order in, the food comes 45 minutes later. The rest of our family 4 others are completely done eating. My mom has since went outside to the car because she is hungry and we are all eating and the person she is didnāt want to eat our food. My dad got the ticket and asked me to look over it to see if my moms order was on the ticket because he didnāt want to pay for it, took it to the waitress she had to take it to her boss (she said she is the owner). Let me just say this lady addressed me with an attitude right off the back. She doesnāt deserve any business if this is what she thinks customer service looks like. She needs to be addressed for her bad customer service skills and if her waitress can not maintain 5 tables she should consider hiring more help. The food has taken a toll over the years as well and was not anything at all like it once was. I am not sure if itās under new ownership but we will NOT be back and I will not recommend. I am ashamed my family dropped a penny in this restaurant...

Considering the dearth of restaurants in the area, Perfect Timing is a solid option. For the area, it's probably worthy of a 4, but for Huntsville overall, I'd rate it a 3. I wish I could give half stars.
We visited for lunch the other day and opted to split one of their very large burgers. There was a holiday party going on, so they were EXTREMELY busy, but service was still friendly and polite and stayed on top of our drinks.
Perfect Timing definitely has a bar atmosphere. I don't know if their alcohol is any good, but I can imagine it'd be a great place to watch a game or something. There's also a nice outdoor area for cornhole and hanging out, which looks like it'd be really fun in the summer. Lots of tvs in the place.
The kitchen was backed up due to the Christmas party, so it took our food a while to get to us. When it did, though, we enjoyed a diner-type hamburger. The bun stood up well to the patty, which was a medium size and thickness. The fries were unremarkable, but fine. I do feel that some of the menu options are a little overpriced, but again, there's not a lot of competition in the area. Considering that fact, I'd return to Perfect Timing to continue trying out different things on the menu, as well as to see how they operate when they're...
