Subway — Restaurant in Owens Cross Roads

Placed order at 8 pm via mobile. 5 minutes later they call and say they are out of bread and aren’t allowed to make anymore after 6 per store policy. I said so what am I supposed to do he responds uhm I don’t know let me ask. A lady gets on and says you have to figure out through the app, I said well how long does that take she replied 6-24 hours. I said well you’d be pretty mad if someone took $35 she replied no sweetie I wouldn’t you need to call through the app and figure it out. I replied well aren’t y’all worthless. Update the guy called back and said the manager would cancel the order he called and asked what to do. Something as simple as refunding an order they couldn’t make took 30 minutes of arguing and...

I went last night for 3 footlongs, and this was by far my best experience at any subway! Thanks to Zack and Justin. Justin really took his time making my food (literally the most beautiful sandwiches) and Zack had the best personality. Only 4 stars because the time before this, the guy was telling me the signs were to “keep conversation down between customers and employees “ and I like to tell ppl what a great job they’re doing. And there was no bread but some wheat, no pizza sauce, or meatballs. I wanted to take a pic last night my sandwiches were literally perfect, so thank you Justin! I guess it's a requirement to be able to roll your eyes at your guests in order to have a job here. Came in to eat with my family an hour before they closed and the young ladies working there on 4/17/19 were visibly annoyed with us. Sorry we ruined your night at YOUR JOB. Can't stress customer service enough, I've worked in it 10 years and I've never treated anyone like they did us tonight. Not pleased but stuck with this being the only subway near by...I will make sure we don't annoy the employees any longer.
