Service was a little different for an old guy. 3 Touch Screens were available to place an order as well as an employee at the counter. (My grandson insisted we use the screen.) The screen was easy to use and kept a running total of the order. All food & drink options were easy to find. Going to the cart let's you review & adjust the order. Paying with credit/debit cards at the kiosks is easy. You are given the option to join rewards, receive an emailed receipt but I didn't see an option for a printed receipt. Asking at the counter should allow you to get one if you want it The employees were friendly, helped when needed/asked, volunteered information & help, The restaurant was clean, supplies were well stocked at the pop machines and the napkin/sauces/forks/etc. The only ding against the store is that one of the menu display boards over the counter had apparently suffered a fatal injury to the screen and only displayed a screen full of lines. Went through the drive thru with my husband who is allergic to tomato. We ordered our food, got home and he took a bite and it’s covered with lettuce and tomato mixed in with the meat that he didn’t see when checking. I called to just kindly let them know they need to be more careful and the manager rudely hung up on me. I called back and of course, no answer. Next stop, corporate. Number one: they need to make sure their workers take allergies seriously and pay attention to the order. Number two: A managers job is to make sure they can handle customer complaints, I apparently got someone who can’t handle a little confirmation and got scared and hung up the phone on me.
