It depends on when you go actually. Maggie Mae's is a very busy place n when you go there, when they're busy you have to expect to wait. Maggie Mae herself Is a very pleasant person to meet n her singing will definitely start your day off on the right foot. However the people that work there are just human and as humans we all make mistakes. I say that only because I read some negative stuff here too and obviously those people feel they're perfect. I have been going to Maggie Mae's for 7 years now and I'm just as pleased with the service n the food as I was the first time I walked in the door. Excellent food and reasonably priced! However if you come to see Maggie herself beware! We called and was told she was here only to find out she wasn't. She must have taken time to empty the cash register and leave. This is what happens to never really famous singers even in her prime of her career. She's a total joke and I would never drive her or recommend anyother stop unless you just pass by and are hungry. Maggie even has a laundry mat, talk about a cheap lady trying anything to keep her name known to the 25,000 that actually care...

Had deep fried fish. Was very good! Crispy. Most fish fries I've had are usually soggy. Not these. Excellent corn muffins. FF were crisp. I had the German potato salad with my dinner. It was ok. Everything was nice and hot. Cole slaw, good with a slight bite. Personally don't care for cowboy beans. Would prefer just baked beans. Marshmallow fluff comes with it too but I don't care for that.
