✨ First time visit... We were in the area visiting from Florida and wanted to maintain the new year commitment to eating healthy. Finding this place near the campus of University of Mississippi was helpful. The hours of operation are 10am -3pm Monday thru Saturday, closed on Sundays.i tried the Cali Burger bowl and my partner had the Turkey Melt and Monkey Bait smoothie. The Cali bowl had all the right fixins' without the bread. It was very fresh and filling. The turkey melt was light and bite sized. The smoothie was delish. The owner prepared and served our meals and checked on how we enjoyed the meal. We look forward to returning when we are in the area again

Drove an hour for a lunch date with my husband, specifically to try Living Foods. We both had the sweet potato and black bean burgers and monster cookie energy bites for a sweet treat...and both were outstanding. There was a consistent line of 3-4 people the entire time we were there, and they easily filled an equal number of take-out orders in the same timespan. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the service was fantastic, even as busy as they were. We will definitely be back.

We found Living Foods about two years ago, while in Oxford. We loved the food and enjoyed the service. It was nice to see the new look this time there! Moreover, we enjoyed the same standard of quality of food and service. Fresh, tasty, enjoyable!!!! If you love fresh, real, simple food this is your place!!!

So, I know we are coming out of a pandemic and that help is short. I can't really say that has anything to do with my review today. It was just bad service...bad service that contributed to bad food. We placed a phone order and drove for pick-up. I arrived ten minutes before our order was to be ready. Upon arrival we decided to add to our order. So, we added two things, an egg sandwich and a smoothie. The original order of a green smoothie and turkey melt came up after about ten minutes. Then the wait began. Thirty minutes later with everyone who had come in after us seated and served we were still waiting on our second half of the to-go order. It wasn't like the place was packed. We were conspicuously seated by a window waiting. The staff never really paid attention until I finally walked to the register to ask where our food was. Meanwhile the original green smoothie had sat melting away. The woman behind the register said it would be up momentarily. It was obvious then that they had completely forgotten about us. So, our original order for my wife and other daughter sat waiting thirty minutes. Finally we get our remaining items for the order. A mild apology came with it and no thought was given to the fact that our other to-go food had been sitting for so long. We left and brought the other items home to my wife and daughter - a now melted smoothie and a turkey melt that was supposed to have bacon jam on it but was not prepared as it was described. Bad service, inconsiderate, bad food. Maybe we are a one off situation. Still it was enough of a bad experience I decided to post a bad review here and on Yelp....

I hate to have to resort to leaving a bad review, but it must be done. I have been a customer of Living Foods for 2 years. I've spent thousands of dollars here, as I love to eat healthy, and I enjoy their salads, smoothies, and veggie burgers. HOWEVER, my visit earlier this week, on May 15, 2023, was HORRIBLE. I did not receive my to-go order (a salad) until 45 minutes after ordering. I would have been more understanding about the wait, had I not witnessed at least 5 other guests receive their food before me. These were dine-in guests who had arrived at least 20 minutes after me. This wasn't a good look with me being the only person of color in the establishment. I will not be back. I'll just have to make my own salad or spend my...

Alright, let me preface this by stating a fact. I Hate Quinoa. I have never had Quinoa in any form that I liked, whether it was prepared at a restaurant or within my family. I also don't like beets. They are slimy and strange looking, and I never understood the option of adding one on top of a burger.

That said, the Beet and Quinoa burger is not only the best VEGGIE burger in town, but it is the best BURGER in town. Hands down. It is the perfect balance of sweet and savory and the mayonnaise is a beautiful addition. I dont know how, but they took all of my least favorite foods and blended them into something irresistible. The price is a bit high, but hey, we do live in Oxford. And this burger is worth whatever I need to pull...
