I've ordered from this domino's for a couple years now and it seems it has gone done hill the last couple times I've ordered I've got 2 orders of wings that was still raw I only told them about the 2nd order because I thought the first time maybe they just made a mistake no problem...but then 2 weeks later I order them again and they're have cooked I told the manager showed them to her and she said they would " cook some more hopefully cooked alll the way through ....." then I order the " New York" style pizza today which I've ordered 3 prior to this I go in to pick it up and you can tell the difference just looking at the crust ( I buy from this store quite often so I know the difference in the pizza and crust ) the guy in their says he "just messed up on cutting it " ....no it looked like a regular hand tossed crust pizza it was not the same he was cutting 2 New York style pizzas while I was talking to him and the manager and some other employees and you can definitely tell the difference..the manager made a smart remark and said they'd make another 1 !! I said no it's Allright yall have lost a good customer !! Customer service is terrible we're all human and make mistakes but the crew and people at the oyster creek domino's just terrible !!! Deleted my app and everything to do with them !! Whoever orders from their be careful and check your food make sure it's cooked right and not raw and it's what you ordered if not you might end up sick in the hospital from it !!!! Read moreUPDATE: they used to be really good. But tonight I learned their consumer service is terrible. The mobile app and the store had some miscommunication. So my pizza was made incorrectly.
Their solution? Just buy another pizza!
Thanks for all the help. It might have saved the store one pizza, but it did cost them a customer.
Any other place would have apologized for the mistake on the app's behalf (even if it wasn't their fault for making it to the app's specification), and replaced the pizza without fuss.
But instead I had to wait in the drive thru, honk several times, and call the actual store to get somebody to the window despite their being 0 cars parked and 0 in the drive thru.
Terrible experience. Their food is usually great and so fast, there's no complaint there, but the attitude tonight was too much. What a sour taste that left in our mouths.
...Never again...

Read moreUnusually rude and sharp tongued people today. I went in and forgot to put my mask on. One tall lady in a sharp tone of voice said "DO YOU HAVE A MASK?" I replied yes I do, I forgot to put it on and put it on. Another short lady came to the register and said with tone, what did you order? I replied, are you speaking to me? I haven't ordered yet. She replied, nevermind again, with tone. I live in the area, usually order at night. The service is usually pretty good. I DON'T like being treated that way. I left the store, went to Freeport Domino's where ta driver opened and held the door for meI I was greated with "Welcome to Domino's " with a cheery voice. Another lady came to the register to help me with my order, again, with a great attitude. I would rather drive 5 miles away rather that give money to be treated poorly. Try politely reminding CUSTOMERS about masks and treat them as if your business depends on them. Way to...
