Sure! Here's a polished and more descriptive version of your review:

We were so impressed that we came back twice in one day! During our first visit, we ordered the fried pickles, the Sweet and Spicy Burger, and the Spicy Bird sandwich. For our second visit, we tried the Southwest Bird, a grilled chicken salad, and finished off with slices of Oreo and Coconut Cream Pie.

Let’s start with the fried pickles, which were an absolute standout. For just $8, the portion size was incredibly generous—far more than you’d get at any chain restaurant for the same price. Each pickle was perfectly golden brown, crunchy, and delightfully crisp, without any sogginess.

The Sweet and Spicy Burger was another hit. The patty was thick and juicy, bursting with flavor in every bite. The jalapeños added just the right amount of heat and a nice crunch without being overwhelming.

We opted for the Spicy Bird sandwich fried instead of grilled, and it did not disappoint. The breading was light, perfectly crisp, and stayed intact with every bite. My girlfriend couldn’t stop raving about how flavorful and satisfying it was.

For our second round, the Southwest Bird came grilled, and it was equally delicious. The grilled chicken was tender, and the crispy onions on top provided a wonderful texture and flavor. I’d recommend adding extra BBQ sauce to take it up a notch.

All the burgers and chicken sandwiches were served with a mountain of hot, crispy fries—definitely a meal on their own. The grilled chicken salad was another highlight. The portion was huge, and you could tell the sauces and dressings were made in-house; they were rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced.

To top it all off, we treated ourselves to slices of Oreo and Coconut Cream Pie. While both were absolutely delicious and clearly made with care, $5 per slice felt a bit on the pricey side. Still, the flavors were decadent and worth trying at least once.

Their drink selection was impressively extensive, offering something for everyone. They had around 10 different sodas to choose from, covering all the classics and a few unique options. For beer enthusiasts, the variety was even better, with about 20 different kinds of beer available. Whether you prefer a crisp lager, a hoppy IPA, or a smooth stout, there was plenty to explore. The drink menu perfectly complemented the food and added to the overall experience.

Our waitress, Deddie, was a gem. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout both visits.

For the price, portion sizes, and quality of food, this place is unbeatable. I’d choose it over any fast-food chain like McDonald’s or Wendy’s, and even over most franchised sit-down burger joints. The food is fresh, flavorful, and served with care. Without a doubt, I’d rate this place a 10 out of 10 and recommend it to anyone craving a hearty,...

Been to Ozark Burger in Ozark Arkansas a many times before and liked the burgers. I had a meeting that started in 1 hour and 15 mins so I knew I would have enough time to get a quick burger. Arrived to see there was a meeting in the back room, but still should have been enough time. Got our drinks and orders turned in, received our drinks and set. We set for over a hour, and watched 2 others leave due to lack of service. knowing we had to leave for scheduled meeting, I asked for the food to go if it is ready. After boxing the food, and walking out I had a 2 min window to get to my meeting. In the end we set for over a hour, got drinks but never talked to the waitress until standing at the counter and asking for the check. No refills, no apologies just a excuses as in, 1) "The city members showed up and think they are senators". 2) "We have a new cook". I paid full price ($59) for 4 burgers, a order of fried Mushrooms, 2 teas, 1 coke, and a water. I was not even able to wait around for the receipt due to lack of time. The waitress attitude completely showed when she realized there was not a tip (sorry but when I get a drink, and no refill for over a hour, you are not doing your job). You as a service provider should never discuss your "dirty laundry" to your customers. I personally counted 6 plates going to the back room, and maybe I missed some, but I will call and ask a friend on the city council how many there was. Oh yes, the people you are talking trash about, I know and am good friends with. To make this even better, we had cold food to eat, and my burger that I asked for "No Jalapenos" did in fact had them on it, and it was only half cooked. Photos attached.

To the store, I'm sorry you do not like the city council, or at least them eating at your store. I'm also sorry that the cook is new. Both of these things should not EVER effect your service or definitely should not effect how to safely...

Stopped in with a friend during the lunch hour for the first time. There wasn't many people there so I expected it to take between 30-45 minutes to be in and out, still leaving enough travel time so we wouldn't have to rush. After waiting for 40 minutes and seeing very few other people's orders come out, we went to the front and the waitress was walking by and said our food was coming right out, so we asked for it to be put in to go boxes so we could just eat it on the go and not be late back to work. Another 5-10 minutes later they finally bring it up to the front, we pay and go to leave. (It's already 1:00 by this time, so we're already late) but we were going to divide up the fried pickles we ordered as an appetizer and they still weren't there, neither were the actual items we ordered. Instead of the Ozark burger and Angry bird we ordered, it was some type of melt and a BLT looking thing. We did receive a refund but are still going to have to work the rest of the day hungry, and were late back from lunch anyways. I would have loved to try their food but the lack of service suggests I won't be wasting another lunch break.

TL:DR: arrived hungry, left hungrier. 0 stars, do not recommend.

--a very hangry...

We very much enjoyed the lunch we had here. The hamburgers are huge and we could only eat half of it. The fries were also good even though the string type fries are not my favorite. The wait staff were friendly and fast. Our waitress was "Beck", which I'm fairly certain is short for Rebecca. They are open for lunch and dinner and serve hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and a small menu for those weight conscious folks. We'll visit again. As promised, we visited here again today for a late lunch. Their fries are better than before and we loved the choice of music which was 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, with a bit of disco thrown in. Once again, this was a go-to when my daughter and grandson were in the mood for a great hamburger. I didn't order but they did and loved it so much daughter will bring hubby the next time they're in town. I did, however, nibble fried dill pickles. Wow! Who knew they would be so good!

The food was pretty good... I wasn't a fan of the fried pickles and they were out of onion petals. My melt was phenomenal though!! You do get a lot for your buck though. This place has great atmosphere, only we must have walked in right after a rush, bc most of the tables were empty just not cleaned yet. Our server was amazing! Her name was Shanna, she was very sweet and super attentive!! Will definitely be back to try out their onion petals, I've heard great things about them!!
