Simply Risen Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Ozark

I gave it two stars because my partner and I walked in and weren’t greeted at all. There is absolutely no way the baristas didn’t notice us come in. I had to say hello first , and I was met with what felt like a very bothered “hello”. Now, I did notice there was 1 customer in the cafe at the time and they also seemed to be working on some possible to go orders. Fine, I understand a busy hump day morning rush. I’ve been a barista myself for the last 8 years in Southern California.No problem. I KNOW how it is. But really not a single “be right w you!” Or “good morning” . ?????

If you’re gonna have cute little “we love Jesus :))) “ coffee shop make sure to be able to act like him & welcome EVERYONE .

Anyways the gentleman after us got a warm welcome . So I found out they are capable & warm to some. Just not to strangers? Whatever. I’ll find a different third place.

I tried the Farmstand sandwich and had a pumpkin spice americano to take back to work with me. The sandwich didn’t last long enough to take a picture. The thin apple slices complimented the crispy bacon and cheddar cheese perfectly, and the bread was toasted crusty perfection on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Definitely recommend trying this sandwich! The coffee is also amazing! Not too sweet or overloaded with spice. I can taste all the flavors and still taste the espresso ☕️...
