Bad customer service.

Denise A. told me she'd give me another pie in exchange for the one I received from the day before which looked like someone took a bite out of an already tiny piece of a chocolate cream pie for $4 ... If pieces came off, they weren't put in the container. I have pics but no option from my phone to upload.

I just wanted my money back.

I was willing to return another day because the manager wasn't available to process the transaction, although I called the day before. I did NOT want anything else -- Other pies (cherry & apple) tasted processed as if the fillings were from a can & onion rings were from a frozen pack, not bad but not freshly made from dipped batter. I felt forced to take something or nothing. I accepted fries to give away.

If I could've returned another day for a refund, I would've returned for a meal ... something else on the menu...

I stopped in for lunch at 2pm today, after a hard days work, and the hostess Vicky, was extremely rude when we asked if we could just seat ourselves because it wasn't very busy at all and she was gabbing away with another customer for several minutes. Her attitude and tone is not what I would call good customer service for a hostess once her attention was directed towards us. She could have simply said no or asked why. Our reasoning to seat quickly is because my sugar was crashing (I have low blood sugar) and I was leaning on the counter, in desperate need of ..... sugar. The waitress however, was wonderful. She got me some sugar packets before we even sat down. She also gave us fast, friendly service. She could give the hostess a few...

My spouse ordered the French dip and said it was very good. He had too much meat so brought it home to share with our little dog. My dinner was sad, a joke, or whatever! It was listed as a special, chicken parmesan, and pictured to be look tasty. What I was served didn't come close to that - a frozen chicken patty that was burnt, at least on the side that didn't have sauce on it. No parmesan cheese except a few sprinkles, not even a tsp full!!! When I showed our waiter the burnt side, plus no cheese, his offering was that he could bring me more cheese. 😱 Didn't help, believe me! We really missed our usual waitress, so now I know. I will potty after we are seated so we get her! She always takes such good care...
