This place is inconsistent. One time you can get a banana crush float, then the next time you get some young kid telling you that they can't do it.
It has gotten to the point to where if certain people are working, we will ask for a large soft serve banana ice cream in a cup, then ask for a can of orange crush, and a large drink cup for it, then we make our own since it appears to be too confusing for them to put ice cream in a cup and to pour pop on it..
The same can be said for a Rum & Rootbeer float, too! They are able to put ice cream into a cup to eat out of, but somehow they don't know how to pour pop over it in a drink cup.

For the same price, if not less, you can get ice cream that surpasses all of the typical places you would get ice cream (Dairy Queen or McDonald's for example) tenfold.
I know dang well that the kids that work there are seasonal workers and don't make much. But the fact that they're all still genuinely concerned about the satisfaction of the customers even in the busiest of rush hours speaks volumes to King Kone's hiring process.
I come here often and is pretty much the same as the Chardon location in quality and service....
