They treat their workers poorly!! Even when they are doing their job perfectly, they still get yelled at for supposedly not doing their job! It’s not fair because there are some workers there that aren’t doing as much as others, yet the ones that ARE doing their job get told that they need to do more, or that they aren’t doing their job. It’s also really biased against certain people just based on their family!! So, if upper management doesn’t like their family then they get treated poorly even though it’s has nothing to do with them or their work. It’s needs to change. The workers that are getting treated this bad are so worn down and tried of it. They don’t want to try and fix it because of the fear they will lose their job.
