Dunkin' — Restaurant in Palatine Township

I couldn't figure out what happened...this is the second time I have been to this location, the first time, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for a matcha. This time I was overcharged...and I still think I didn't get the correct amount of money back. The guy at the drive thru had to get someone else to assist, and they still couldn't figure it out. I ordered a large iced coffee and two donuts, and was charged over 11.00. I'm still trying for figure this out, I was asked if I had a gift card, and they could put the difference back on that, I was asked to come back tomorrow, and I can get another coffee at no charge. I just want the problem corrected. They turned around and gave me 4.00. I tried to give this one another chance, it looks like I'll be going somewhere else to get my coffee, since they can't charge...

My phone wasn't bright enough to scan at the drive thru, I understood and said I will come in. Went home to grab my mask since I wasn't planning on going in. I came back, went in and Dani couldn't scan it still. I told her my battery was at 4% so my screen won't brighten up. She told me to go sit and wait in my car until my phone charges and there was nothing else she could do with a very unpleasant and unprofessional tone. I told her I will go back through the drive thru so my phone can be on the charger. She made a snide comment as I walked out. Back at the drive thru window, she attempted in poor attitude to apologize. That apology was wasted on being so empty. Then gave a grin and snicker...

I always order a Carmel cold brew with sweet foam whenever I come to Dunkin Donuts. I have a mild intolerance to chocolate syrup. Why I don’t know but this Dunkin donuts messed up my order and gave a chocolate foam instead of the regular sweet foam. I asked them to re-make it and they told us to move to the front while they did. They give me my order and they just scrapped the chocolate out and added the sweet foam. I can not drink this now. This place is completely careless. So people who have allergies and come here beware because they just remove the allergen and give you the same product..
