Only a 3 because it's false advertising on the menu the price is not as stated of the menu. They charge a 20% on top fee maybe 18% The customer decides what the tip is not the restaurant. The price is as listed on the menu times the 7% state state tax you don't get to add 18% onto a check. Which they do and that's called false advertising Add 20% on to the price of the menu...
