I implore the residents of Old Orchard to start anew with Jimena's! I've lived here for ten years and I know we've all seen a rotation of pizza shops in this spot - and this weekend, after a day of housework, I had a craving for pizza and decided to try out the new neighbors. When I arrived for pickup, the owner was so apologetic that he had toasted my individual slice more than be would like, so he made me a small pizza instead and was just finishing that up. It was a perfect size for one person with thin, cracker-crisp crust like you'd get at a bar or cafe in Italy. The kind that doesn't feel like a brick in your stomach afterward! And while I'm saving my Italian salad for lunch today, I pinched an artichoke, mozzarella and green olive already and it was all delicious. The staff was very sweet, you can tell there are concerns that the rapid departure of the previous tenants left a "bad taste" in the neighborhood about the place, so to speak. So I hope everyone gives Jimena's a new chance! Because pizza within walking distance? Yes, please!

This location is REALLY in the neighborhood of Palmer Twsp. It's not on a main drag. It's a neighborhood pizza shop. I ordered a large cheese pie. It looked great when it was served, but I'm pretty picky as to how I like my pizza. The slice drooped and was a bit greasy for me. It had a good taste and a good blend cheese to sauce, slightly favoring the cheese. The pie was a bit undercooked, and the crust had little flavor to my liking. This is just me. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were super friendly. I'm pretty sure they get a lot of repeat neighborhood customers who can just walk there.

Horrible customer service! I ordered online and when I arrived they said they had no Sicilian slices! Once told that I was not willing to wait an extra 20 mins the gentleman behind the counter cursed at me using the F word You! (The owner responds by saying they don’t tolerate disrespect because I arrived 10 minutes after placing order and it takes 30 mins! Okay, either way they didn’t have Sicilian pizzas which was my main reason for ordering in the first place! Even worse customer service than before!

I've been trying to find a good pizza place for several years now. Amore is the best one so far. Good service. Great tasting pizza but just a few small things. The crust is nice & thin which I love. I hate thick, doughy crust. However, it is very floppy and it would be perfect if it was crispy. As far as salads, I do wish they would use romaine or arugula instead of iceberg lettuce which I am definitely not a fan of so I wind up making my own salad as a side. Since I am from Brooklyn, I am a pizza snob. : ) There's a difference in calzones and rolls prepared here. Calzones should have ricotta in them and whatever else one likes to add. I also wish they had a bigger selection of 'rolls'. Broccoli rolls and Spinach rolls(with ricotta and mozz) But...

Ordered cheese steak with onions mushrooms and peppers all cooked in with sauce on top and cheese sticks with marinara sauce. Guy says you mean mozzarella sticks? I said yeah same thing lol. Really loud music on TV with birds chirping while waiting! Get home and check my food, MOZZARELLA sticks very under cooked and so greasy! Cheese steak roll and cheese steak so greasy and soggy! No sauce on top thank god!! Onions weren't even chopped up! Worse food I have ever had honestly! Guy was very unpleasant and didn't even Crack a smile!! Through everything away! No I don't want it replaced but will never come back again! Save your money and time guys you'll be disappointed and...
