Surprisingly, this, Wendy’s is definitely a hit! I would like to preface this review with a warning though: never, ever use their app! I have used their app over a decade and twice they have stolen money from me - just see the reviews and you will know. OK, back to the review of this particular, Wendy’s. The staff at first looks a little ragged, but they know their stuff this is probably due to great cooks in the back and a solid manager. When you first walk in you have the digital ordering kiosks immediately in front of you . Definitely use that as I believe the ordering process is much easier - and if you make a mistake, you can correct it with a few swipes and taps. The atmosphere is nice because it’s a new Wendy’s that was just built. The parking lot has a lot of parking but it’s at adjacent to a parking lot next to Sheetz gas station. A lot of hot rod kids hang out there so there is that element. Fair warning ⚠️ they seem well-behaved, so no incidents as of yet. If you’re looking for a more affordable burger joint, then this is your spot! It definitely beats FIVE GUYS price point. And in these days of high inflation, this will definitely help...
Read moreI never ever leave reviews. But I had the worst experience here today. I am a doordasher on the weekends. Today I was picking up an order for this Wendy’s and I accidentally picked up the wrong order, I noticed right away and put it back. That was my mistake I understand. But the manager (not sure her name) blonde hair and a septum piercing, was extremly hostile and argumentative towards me. “Did you take that out of the store?” She said this very rudely so I was like “uh no” and she was like “I’m only asking cause you touched it so now I have to remake the order”. I told her “don’t give me so much Additude”. Her response was “then don’t pick up the wrong order, now I have to remake it because you touched it!” Extremly unprofessional and rude. I’ve never seen anything like it. It seems I’m not the only one whose experienced this rudeness from this manager. I’m surprised she is still there. I am sorry she had to remake the order; but accidents happen, and she’s the one who filled out this job application. Completely ruined my day and will not go...

From the moment I interacted with him, he was rude, condescending, and downright unpleasant. Instead of providing any kind of helpful or professional service, Dave seemed more interested in arguing than actually doing his job.
His attitude was appalling—he acted as if basic customer service was beneath him, snapping at every question and making what should have been a simple interaction feel like an unnecessary battle. It was as if he woke up and chose hostility. His lack of patience and professionalism is genuinely concerning, especially for someone who is supposed to be in a customer-facing role.
