Paramount Pizza 3 — Restaurant in Palmer

Just ordered a late dinner from here. A buffalo chicken salad with ranch dressing.. he got a chicken quesadilla. I picked it up and we started eating.. it looked good. Until I bit my first piece of chicken. It looked like 2 boneless breasts cut up, and one had a sweet bbq sauce on it... but then buffalo on top. It was almost like they didnt think someone would notice a sweet taste when they asked for buffalo. I don't enjoy a sweet flavoring on chicken. So my dinner was a bust. The breading on the chicken was darker, the bbq flavor was soaked in... and then there was buffalo right on top. I was left with about 4 pieces of real buffalo flavored chicken. Also while waiting for my food, the workers and who I am only assuming was the owner, was vaping in the back kitchen while preparing food. He then blew a giant puff of smoke in the kids face that was on the phone taking an order. Nice.

I might be back eventually. I will go elsewhere until then..

6/8/19 Decided to get a chicken ranch BLT wrap. I've been getting them a lot lately and this place seems to be the best. I order and the man asks of I want cheese, they had never asked that before, I said no thank u just the way it comes. I pick it up and go home to eat it. Theres no tomato (blt) and theres melted cheese all over it with the tiniest bit of brown iceberg lettuce. I can't eat cheese. Very disappointed and had to go out again to get lunch...

This place sucks!!!!! Every 6 months or so I try to give them another go since not many places deliver around here but there hasn’t been ONE TIME my order was ever totally correct. And I’m not picky/asking for special things or perfection. I have ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and received a BBQ one; I have ordered a sandwich with fries and not received the fries, I’ve asked for no lettuce and received mass amounts of lettuce or asked for onions but didn’t get a single one. I finally decided to give it another shot because my husband loves their meatball grinder and I ordered a simple turkey grinder with onions tomatoes and cheese. I open the box knowing something wouldn’t be right- I wanted the thing AS IS, cold, NOT toasted, with onions tomatoes and cheese. It’s toasted and DISGUSTING. I didn’t want a damn grilled cheese smashed in with some turkey I wanted a cold cut grinder ... they didn’t ask if we wanted it toasted or not... and of course - NO ONIONS! Now I have a crusty yet soggy disgusting sandwich and the $3 extra for the amount of fries you get is a joke - it’s a handful of fries. If youre not ordering a straight up simple pizza; NEVER order from here. I worked downtown and they got my coworkers food wrong weekly. Every time I order there I’m annoyed at wasting money but it’s my own fault...

Having just moved to Western Mass, my husband and I were trying to find a new pizza spot and very pleasantly surprised when we ordered delivery from here. The pepperoni pizza and 10 wing special with fried dough was great and affordable. So one day we decided to check them out to dine in especially because they have a bar and other dine in specials. When we arrived it wasn’t very busy with only 1 other customer sitting in the bar. There wasn’t any music on and while they had tvs they were all muted which I found odd. Their take out service was busy throughout our visit however. We ended up getting the daily special for a large pizza, 10 wings and a bottle of wine for only 19.99! I couldn’t believe they had such a good deal and we went for it. The food was delicious as usual Now the only reason I’ve chosen to rate them under 5 stars was because the man behind the bar…. Who may be the owner was not very pleasant or friendly. I did try to interact with him and have small talk but he seemed somewhat annoyed by us ordering the special…. Which was on the front of the menu, offered daily at any time….. this made the silence of the atmosphere during dining extremely awkward. With that said, I’ll do carry out or delivery next time.
