My experience at Tang's Chinese Restaurant in Palmer, MA was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. The service was attentive, friendly, and prompt, making me feel valued and cared for throughout my meal.
But what really impressed me was the cleanliness of the restaurant. I've been to many Chinese restaurants in my life, but none have come close to Tang's in terms of spotlessness. The owners clearly take pride in their establishment, and it shows in every detail - from the gleaming floors to the immaculate tables and chairs.
And then, of course, there was the food. Oh, the food! I was blown away by the flavors, the presentation, and the generous portions. Every dish was a masterclass in balance and technique, with each bite a perfect harmony of sweet, sour, salty, and umami. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the preparation of each dish, which was evident in every aspect of the meal.
What struck me most about Tang's, however, was the sense of community that permeates every aspect of the restaurant. From the warm greetings exchanged between the staff and regular customers, to the lively chatter and laughter that filled the room, it was clear that this was more than just a place to grab a quick bite - it was a gathering place, a hub of connection and connection.
In short, Tang's Chinese Restaurant is a true gem, a place where exceptional food, impeccable service, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere come together to create a truly memorable dining experience. If you're a fan of Chinese food, or simply looking for a great meal in a clean and welcoming environment, look no further than Tang's. And if you're a local, consider yourself lucky to have such a treasure in...
Read morerecently ordered from Tang’s Chinese Food in Palmer, MA, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. I placed an order for chicken fingers, white rice, and Szechuan chicken. The food arrived in a reasonable time, and at first glance, everything looked fine—typical takeout presentation. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
After eating the meal, I began feeling unwell within several hours. What started as mild stomach discomfort quickly escalated. By the next day, I was dealing with full-blown food poisoning symptoms—nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I have been sick ever since and am still recovering as I write this. I’m certain it was from this meal because it was the only thing I ate that day.
Food poisoning is no joke. Not only did it ruin my weekend and half of my week, but it also left me dehydrated, weak, and needing medical attention to make sure I wasn’t dealing with something more serious. I expected far better from an establishment that many people in the area trust for takeout.
It’s extremely disappointing to have such a terrible experience. Cleanliness, proper food handling, and safe cooking temperatures are basic expectations for any restaurant. Sadly, Tang’s failed on that front in a way that directly impacted my health.
I will not be ordering from here again, and I urge others to think twice. If you do choose to eat here, I strongly suggest checking your food carefully. My hope is that Tang’s takes incidents like this seriously and improves their standards to prevent this from happening to...
Read moreThis place has the best Chinese food that I have literally had in probably a good solid 15 years.
