Subway — Restaurant in Palmetto Bay

I came to this subway and I asked politely after trying to open the door to the restroom when it didn’t open i asked if I can use the key to open it. The young lady response was “It’s not working you can walk to the McDonald’s”. Oh I’m sorry I thought I was a loyal customer. Then she asked me “Are you going to order something”. My response was yes of course that I mean I don’t just walk into a subway to use the restroom. 😒 ... I ordered my food and received it with no problem .... Then another customer walked in asked to use the restroom and the other employee gave him the key to use it and my face went from 😐😳😡.... No way this could be!! Oh heck no. I asked both the subway workers who are women “ Hey I thought the bathroom wasn’t open”? The employee that gave the guy the key responded “ Who said the bathroom wasn’t working?” I told her ummm your co-worker.!!! She replied “Oh well idk” ...!!! 😲 Good food poor customer service... BETTER YET NO SIGN TO INDICATE THE MEN BATHROOM WAS OUT OF...

I placed an online order at this location a week ago. I came to pick it up and the blonde hair hispanic lady I'm assuming is the supervisor, would not give my order to me. I told her my name and and even showed her my online receipt and she still didn't give it to me. She was talking to her co worker in spanish about me because I am black, so I guess she thought I didn't understand her. She said some fowl things that I dare not say on this platform. I am currently in dispute right now with my bank to get my $30 dollars they stole from me and they didn't refund my money either a week later. The blonde hair hispanic lady is very disrespectful and they are so short they have to reach over people sandwiches to get the condiments above the counter. Do not eat at this location unless you want little critters from their shirts dropping into your food or you want to be the next...

Everyone complaining about the language barrier… stop. This place is the CLEANEST Subway in Miami. They ACTUALLY use the barriers as intended - closed when not in use to protect the food from contaminants, and only open while actively serving customers. It’s amazing to see. The veggies are ALWAYS fresh af, the “artists” are fast af and generous with their portions, bathrooms are decent, and the floor is spotless. Seriously, I’ll take pointing and motioning for my sub ingredients any day over the common trash Subway I always end up finding if it means quality subs in a clean environment. This place is a gem, and they are 100/10 in my book. Don’t like that they only speak Spanish? Good. Less people giving them unnecessary attitude at the counter means better...
