I have been coming to this location with parents since I was 7 years. They would bring me after school to do my homework and I even found it aas a safe place to where I would come study for college. Today I was profiled by the new manager with short hair almost none. She bullied me in front of the customers because her excuse was "you're not ordering, your using my electricity, and you're taking up space. The moment I tried to talk to her she got hostile and aggressive and it messed with my mental stability. Like I said this burger was my safe space since I was 7 I'm 26 now. She kicked me out of the location for not ordering food and when I did she canceled my order and told me to leave. She brought her ego into it instead of having a conversation like a civilized adult. I used to love this burger but after this manager profiled me and BULLIED me I decided to file a law suit against her for profiling and harassment. She ruined my whole experience. This is not the way you talk to customers. Especially if you don't know their situation. I'm a student and I come here to study. She ruined that for me and it's sad to see that we lost a good mananger for an egotistical woman who let her authority get the best of her. Manage please step your game up or talk to her. Read moreI was there standing and waiting on my order of two whoppers and a fry for 25 minutes. 20 minutes prior I watched them put the fries in the bag. This is not an exaggeration, I timed this. The girl at the register was taking money. I said I will want new fries. But, that will take another 15 minutes. She turned around after wiping her face with her hands and starting touching food to put in bags. I asked for my money back. Apparently, there wasn't a manager on duty. And apparently, there has been no training on food handling. My total visit was 35 minutes and I left with no food and no apology. I did nicely suggest she watch how she handles food after dealing with money. She said, yes ma'am. I will not recommend this location. Girl at counter proceeds to tell me that they made croissants when I clearly asked for biscuits. They remade my order, girl giving the food then proceeds to deliver another order to a customer waiting for DoorDash at the time my biscuits come out, and the girl decide to have small talk with her coworker on break, like if I didn’t just spend 18 mins now waiting for my food.
