Carter's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Palmyra

I was super excited when I heard that we were getting a local Coffee spot that you could go inside and enjoy a coffee but have been disappointed the 3 times I have been in there. Also I was looking forward to a spot that I could get milk tea with boba. But it is definitely not good by any means . The boba is more like gelatin instead of real boba. Which is very bizarre. Even the milk tea does not taste like milk tea at all which makes me think it is nothing but flavored syrup and milk . I have tried a London fog and a simple latte . And those are hard to mess up . But everytime it seems like the employees are more interested in talking to each other about what this girl or that guy is wearing instead of paying attention to the customer and what they are supposed to be making. But I suppose that is to be expected when you hire nothing but very young people . Such a disappointment. Would definitely recommend going to Hebrew for a better quality coffee and service.
