terrible experiences here recently. this location used to be good and I don’t know what happened. while I was waiting for my food, I saw one of the crepe chefs drop a cooking utensil on the floor, pick it up and continue using it — HUGE violation of health standards. I also wanted a breakfast burrito (it was on the menu) but they said they weren’t offering breakfast menu items when nowhere on the menu does it say that. they made my sandwich wrong multiple times (also the quality of the bread and other ingredients has decreased significantly??). the chai latte was WAY too sweet. they refused to give me a cup of water for free and made me wait in the long line to pay 25 cents. horrible customer service...

This morning, I ordered a tea with honey (it didn’t have honey in it) and a bagel with a side of cream cheese. It took fifteen minutes to get tea and a bagel, much longer than it reasonably should have, and it’s clear that Coupa is prioritizing online orders over people who are physically present. Tons of drink/food orders went out and sat on shelves for people who weren’t there while I was waiting for my small,...
