Waffle House — Restaurant in Panthersville

Briana the night manager needs to be FIRED!!! She is completely rude and does not know the meaning of customer service. I called to make a complaint about a wrong order and uncooked chicken( with a watered down fruit punch) that I was served but she left me on hold for 20 minutes so I had to disconnect and wait 7 more minutes for them to hang up the phone so I could redial and try once more. When I did get through the second time and tried to inform Briana of the mishap she completely cut me off to state “we’re not taking any more orders”. I asked her nicely please don’t cut me off so I could tell you why I’m call and she hung up in my face. So a third time I had to call and the new chief who prepared my meal wrong answers( however it’s not his fault or wrong doing because she to down my order I placed) and he asks if I wanted a remake I asked for the manager’s information so I could report it and was shocked when he said Briana was the manager. Briana continued to be unprofessional by having things to say in the background. I’m a paying customer that payed over 20$ for this kinda of treatment. I’m completely determined to know who the day manager because she needs to be demoted pronto!! Corporate will be notified because this is a new location and it doesn’t stand up to the location on flat shoals by advanced auto parts. I should have spent my hard earned money there instead. All this after a longer 12 hours at work....

First off I went to waffle house on candler flat shoals , I believe that was my first mistake . Upon arrival at 3am I noticed the door was closed and locked. Then the cook came to the window and said u have to order from your car . Then he says he can't take orders cause he is the cook. I said who gone take my order then. He said I have to wait 15 minutes till that person was done with a smoke break 🤔 . After 22 minutes the girl I guess that was smoking came in to take orders by this time it was 5 cars sitting n parking lot. I didn't notice the girl at first so by time I got out my car 3 over weight individuals had got n line before me. I didn't mind I had already been waiting. Ok so I order my all-star with added city ham for $3.50 and said I wanted grits not hash browns. Once my order came I didn't have city ham I had county ham Wich cost double the price of the city ham add on. So I said it's cool I'll eat it I've already waited an hour outside in the cold . I should have checked my food better because I didn't have my grits I had hash browns so now I had to wait another 5mins for grits Wich I thought they already have prepared and warming guess I was wrong. I dislike that experience very much and I'm never going back just thought I'd share this story with you guys .... I’ve been patronizing Waffle House for over 20 years and this has to be the worst Waffle House I’ve been too. My order was simple, an All Star Breakfast, with grits, bacon, scrambled eggs, white toast, and regular waffle. I got my food and the grits were cold. when I told my waitress that grits were cold she took the plate back, and when she returned instead of having warm grits they added more. I began eating the eggs and toast but the eggs had been scrambled too long, and I never even received my waffle. I sent my plate back and ordered an entirely different meal just to be told by the manager and waitress that I will be charged for the eggs, toast, and bacon separately because I began eating them.
