I came in, last week, with my family. We prefer Jersey Mike's but I felt too lazy to drive plus we had a coupon, which I didn't know Subway did, so we stopped at this location. I read the fine print so imagine my surprise when the man behind the counter told my husband, way too loud for me to appreciate, that the choices were HAM or TURKEY only. Wanting neither of those, I stepped up and asked him to repeat it. And again, he said ham or turkey. I said he was lying and we left to get the food we actually wanted. Being that I don't like being lied to, I went online to confirm my suspicions. Indeed, I was able to order. Using the same coupon for something other than HAM or TURKEY. Currently standing in the restaurant to pick up and I wanted a bottle Sprite, as I selected on the site. The store does not honor that, as well. Anyway. This was a cute experiment and I won't be...
Read moreI would not recommend this subway. There are foreigners there that don’t understand what you’re saying when it comes to ordering. When I was at this location I told the worker, I wanted an Italian something like the hotshot but not exactly anyway the worker began working on my order when he pulled the sandwich around for the toppings it was only turkey and cheese. So I told the worker that wasn’t what I wanted and tried explaining my order in a different way. When he finally got the right kinds of meat the portions were little to none , he barley wanted to put any toppings on my sandwich I kept having to ask for extra & the woman that rung me at the register only gave me 4 oil and vinegar packs 2 of each and then told me I couldn’t get anymore after I stated it would’ve be enough because I ordered a foot long. Overall experience with this location is a 2/10 I won’t be...
Read moreI wish I could give no stars. That needs to be an option. Zero is needed. I haven't been to this location in a long time. Today, the foreigners there did not understand what I was saying as it pretend to my order. The lady was only clear to tell me my total. I ordered a 6 inch flat bread. The guy initially touched the bread right after dealing with money with the same gloves. I asked him to change gloves but that was hard for him to understand. As I described, he finally did it. He then made the 6inch flatbread thinner than what it was. I'm guessing they trying to preserve more but that made it hard to toast without being chewy. I asked him why he did that, why he cut it like that.... he kept saying it's 6inch but that's not what I was asking. I showed him and he still didn't know what I was talking about or acted....
