Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Paola

I order my pizza online for carryout and I start my 15 min drive to pick it up. When I arrive there is a long line so I speak up and ask if I can pickup my order and I am ignored, I wait until that customer is done ordering and then I almost yell asking again if I can pickup my order and the manager gives me a sideways look and then ignores me again, the third time I walk up and raise my voice to a yelling level to which he then acknowledges me and when I ask him why he made me wait an extra 15 min while my pizza was getting cold, he said,”I thought you were with this group.” Why wouldn’t you ask the line if anyone is waiting in it for pickup or have a pickup window like everywhere else? This whole time I am thinking that this frustration was worth it for some good pizza right? No unfortunately what I got was worse than a frozen Red Baron pizza. Not only was it thinner, but it looks like it sat out somewhere for a very long time and was then rewarmed in a microwave. I honestly couldn’t...

This place os pretty hit and miss. Half they time the hand me the wrong order and I have to tell them. I always ask for extra sauce but they usually don't do that even though I add it to my order. A few orders back I ordered a meatlovers with thick crust extra sauce, did not notice and extra sauce and one of the sloces was the size of 3 normal slices. And the second pizza on that order was a BBQ chicken pizza hamd tossed and extrs sauce like always. Although they did add extra sauce but half BBQ sauce and half regular pizza sauce, it was disgusting. Never order extra cheese because 9/10 times you are not going to get it. Prices are good considering. They pizzas seem to have gotten smaller. Wait times are average at best. For the most part it is pretty cheap, fast, and fairly consistent. Easy online ordering. Normally i don't write reviews ,Today i ordered from Paola . Never had a problem with them before Had it delievered to my work as it is my supper . It was delievered on time Pizza was wrong . If it would have been a pizza i would eat i would have just kept it . but do like it .So i called them was gaven to A manager .April the most rude manager ,tryed to give me a credit . I said no this is my supper i want i ordered . Was very conformational I even told her hey I'm the customer . I just want my pizza . Again very rude .
