McDonald's — Restaurant in Paragould

Until today, it has been several months since I last visited this location. I don't like to cut off a location after a bad visit. I know that people have bad days. I get it. But in the 5+ years that I have been in Paragould (I commute for work), at this location, every single visit has been treacherous. I have only ever stopped here if the Pocahontas McDonald's is too busy and I am really wanting McDonald's. Well 4610 location, they've disappointed me once again. As always. I explicitly ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel meal with very, very, very (yes, I used "very" 3x while ordering) light sauce. I said "just a dab please." Well see photo below. It was squirted all over the wrapper, it was pouring out of the sandwich and the bagel itself was hard and burnt on the inside. I understand it is fast food not fine dining, but it isn't hard to do. Prior to my current office, I worked in management at two different McDonald's locations. I know this process. I know it is not hard. It seems like there is a lack of training and comprehension amidst the entire staff. I will not return. I have given this location more than a fair amount of chances to redeem themselves. Late night stop so I was accepting of the fact that the food might not be great quality. The cheeseburgers were great. The fries not even close, cold and stale. The real point I want to make is the fact that the place was just nasty!! From parking lot to dining room absolutely nasty. Could barely walk from the floor being greasy and that was everywhere including the rest room. Then one of the employees decided to have a smoke break at the front door and stood there with the door open while he did it! Whole dining room smelled like smoke!! Poor management and useless employees. Had to request sweet tea from the back and that girl looked as if I asked for her paycheck when I did. I wanted a salad but for 2 days in a row they did not have lettuce... and I understand that tho. Other McDonald's have better Workers because the one I had was Not clear And had to try Multiple times to get the order right On the screen. When we got to the window A dude Gave us Our drinks and we did not know which one was which and 2 of them were not filled all the way and one of them was filled way too much. We had to go to a reserved parking spot because we had a lot of food. When they gave us our meal There was not A double cheeseburger so we had to go in and get one.
