Bagel Supreme — Restaurant in Paramus

I recently had an incredible experience at Bagel Supreme and felt compelled to share my story. My daughter attends Memorial Elementary School and unfortunately, we forgot to order her lunch last night. The lunch hour starts at 12:05pm, and I received a call from my wife at 12:14pm saying that the school had contacted her to inform us that our daughter did not have lunch.

In a moment of panic, I called Bagel Supreme and explained the situation to them, asking for a special order to be made in a hurry. To my amazement, the staff at Bagel Supreme immediately sprang into action, making the sandwich in record time.

I rushed over to the store, which is only a minute away from my home, and was delighted to find that the sandwich was already ready and waiting for me. I couldn't believe how quickly they had managed to make it!

Thanks to Bagel Supreme, my daughter was able to enjoy a delicious and nutritious lunch today. I dropped off the lunch at school at 12:21pm, just seven minutes after receiving the call from my wife.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service and care that Bagel Supreme provided. Their quick turnaround and willingness to help in a time of need truly sets them apart. I am giving one star for the sole purpose that the food is really good. It is fresh and very satisfying. The only thing is that they have not paid much attention in the last few orders we have made. They have messed them up (which is understandable). But, when we have called to make them aware it is a constant back and fourth. One of my co-workers is pregnant and always wants this place. As a business your customers should come first. There is no need to give a hassle when your business has done something wrong. SPECIALLY when my egg and cheese is missing the most important part. THE CHEESE. The other time I placed an order and asked for my total because, more than one person was ordering at the office. The girl on the phone told me she had a long line to tell me the total! Was excited to try this place, sadly was disappointing. When I went almost everyone behind the counter seemed pretty young, I thought that was great to see young teens/ adults working so that's a plus. Now to food , bagel with scallion cream cheese, one look , I could tell this was a loss. The cream cheese was so oily and runny it was like melted butter. To be fair I tasted it with my finger, never again. Now on to the sandwich which had the strongest onion odor. I took it out of bag and damm. The onions were expired for sure.
