Subway — Restaurant in Parchment

Very rude day manager - should be releaved of duty.

I used to go to Parchment Subway all the time. This time, I asked for the Wifi password. Manager gave fuss, explained I had to be a customer. After being treated like a second class citizen, I purchased a cookie out of spite and left it in the counter ($.84). The manager rolled eyes, and gave me a hand written wifi password ( which to my dismay, was incorrect)...

So, now I get to go back up and wait in line yet again, to talk to the fussyAF manager. It felt like getting wifi at my grandmas house, where they turn the house upside down, looking for the router... she never checked the password twice for me. She only gave attitude. Too bad I guess, she made me ticked enough to write this review, using Penn Stations internet.

WORST SUBWAY EVER! Toaster hasn't worked for 6 months. Tried to charge me $1 more than the price on the sign. When I questioned it, they told me I don't understand how tax works (I do).When I showed them on my phone calculator they told me the price on the sign was "the old price" and kicked me out of the store. Called the owner who was SUPER UNINTERESTED. Don't make the mistake of going here. I won't again.

UPDATE 9/8/24 I was informed this place was under new ownership. Tried to get a breakfast sandwich on Thursday at 7:45am no one was there. Tried again at 8:15. No one was there. Went in this morning at 8:15 someone was there but she looked at me like I killed her baby then barked at me rudely "I'll be with you soon" after watching her fumble around for 10 minutes I left. Ok today was the 4th time going into this subway and they were out of stuff again. We will never go back 2 this subway ever again, also not sure why they are open if they dont have available stuff on the menu. Like steak thats a popular sub how can u think the meat for 1 sub will be enough for 2 footlongs, I dnt think so even the guy that works there told her no it wasnt enough then the chick tried telling us it woul be enough.
