Lady that took my order over the phone was nice. My husband went to pick it up and they gave him the wrong order and told him it was paid for. I sent him back with it and called back in to let them know. The lady I spoke with on that second call was very rude to me. First saying they were already remaking the order for the other person that they gave my husband, then saying they hadn’t gotten another order to which I told her I called it in and she said it’s on the back counter. She came across as very put out and upset when the mistake was theirs by giving my husband the wrong order and then when he told them he had to pay, which should have tipped them off, telling him it was already paid and telling him again to take it. Their issue, their mistake, not his. There was zero reason to be rude to me about it. I wasn’t being rude at all so there was zero reason to sound all nasty and upset. This place was not a good experience at all 3 young people behind counter.... I had a online order it was not ready when I got there none of the sandwiches were toasted I got 3 steak and chesse foot longs and a chicken bacon ranch the steak was dry no sauce was added to the steak sandwiches the chicken bacon ranch was not toasted and had mayo on it not ranch.... they were very un organized and did not knw what they were doing giving half orders to people people had to ask for bags to put there stuff and then some lady paid with a check and she had to tell them to put it somewhere cuz they just had it out on the counter and the girl was putting food on it and such......Very Very...

I was there today around noon. You were very busy. The two girls ahead of me had an order of about 8 sandwiches. They were all different and included a pizza, a wrap, and many sandwiches were toasted. You made them efficiently, the young man helped and tended to the cash register and checked them out as quickly as possible.
