Calhoon's Coffee and Cocktails — Restaurant in Paris

We stumbled upon this place as we were passing through this small cute lil town on our way home from being at Marktwain lake. Ever since I can't stop thinking about it. The staff were all super friendly, the food was amazing!! We(my husband & I) split a half order biscuits & gravy, my husband had a bacon egg & cheese sandwich, I had the breakfast quesadilla & a iced latte. Let me tell you, it was the best breakfast I've had in a very long time. Fresh, delicious & served by the nicest people in the cutest setting. The gravy was homemade & reminded me of my grandmother's, soooo yummy & comforting. The quesadilla was perfection, the perfect amount of egg, cheese & I chose canadian bacon. I think they buttered the tortilla, idk but it was heaven. Now the latte shocked me. I always try lattes at different Coffee houses we encounter traveling & I'm usually disappointed by them. Not this time!! Not at all!! Every drop was devine!! So much so, I'm thinking about taking over an hour drive in the morning just to have their breakfast & a latte!! In case you're wondering the decor is just as good as of everything else!! I can't wait to go...

I came in just to grab a coffee and after a having another customer encouraged me to try the biscuits and gravy not only sat down and tried it I walked out buying their bacon egg bagel. Bottom line.. the biscuits and gravy is VERY good. The breakfast bagel was perfect. My next time through this will definitely be my place for breakfast....
