We had a large group of 8 people who were meeting for lunch. The food was good, and service fast, but although the drinks and foodwere delivered promptly the coffee was not. I asked the server for the coffees for our two elderly guests and she waived to the back where coffee urns were set up, then pointed over to the front where the coffee cups were. She failed to notice that one of the coffee drinkers. Was in a wheelchair. I got up and served them, but there were a number of elderly couples alone that might have needed some help.
A quick look to who was waiting for coffee and a quick "Can I get that for you"? Or I'll get that for you would have been appropriate. I would have declined help but someone else...
Read moreStopped at Cozy Cappuccino ~ 12:00 pm to get a chai tea. Served quickly. Tasted great. Ordered iced - got hot. It's not really just a coffee shop. Surprised by the mixture of 60+ mid-aged couples & families w/ kids. The Cozy seems to serve lots of salad or soup or some combination thereof. Pretty healthy fare. Brothers & sister own/manage & work at the restaurant. You overhear a lot of brother/sister comments/jests to each other. It's pretty funny. The menu has hot drinks, cold drinks, breakfast sandwiches, soups & salads. Every Friday they have a lunch special of chicken spaghetti. Atmosphere is familial. Restorative. Makes you feel at home....

This is a locally owned and operated small business that cares about their community and takes the time to treat you like you have been a customer for 50 years.
They will bend over backwards for you. Ex. I wanted to add avocado to my phone in sandwich order and they weren't sure if they had any left. Nelson (owner) drove to the store to get me an avocado for my sandwich.
