Monical's Pizza — Restaurant in Paris

The pizza is decent, and food came out fairly quickly. I ordered baked ravioli and it was so watery. I don't usually make reviews, but it was truly inedible. I think they are struggling with staffing at the moment, like many restaurants. My daughter and I shared 1 glass of water because no one checked on us or refilled our drinks. We weren't the only ones. Another couple grabbed their own boxes after waiting awhile to get checked on. The tables around us also didn't recieve refills on drinks. We also had to get our own boxes because no one was to be found. I would honesty give 1 star, but I know they can do better. Monicals is the to-go place to have fun and mingle with family and friends. They get a 5 star on that. My daughter and I enjoy the gluten-free pizza and usually have good luck with it. Tonight was it tad off. My daughter said the pizza tasted good (I am going on over 3 months of no taste or smell), but the crust was not cooked all the way through. The best way to describe it is comparing it to a raw pie dough, or the pre made pie crust you find in the cooler. I can't say it tasted awful, but the texture was most definitely off tonight. Very nice atmosphere in this place. However, we got totally overlooked, and waitresses after taking our order has completely forgotten about it. We were waiting on our order for almost 40 mins, while other customers got in and out. As waitress brought our order, she never apologized for the delay, the pizza bowl that I ordered was missing chicken, but I couldn't even address the issue because the waitress was busy elsewhere.. Food tasted very basic. So if you want to come in for the atmosphere- do so! But if you come for food and service - I do not...
