Cushing’s Cabin — Restaurant in Park City

I visited for the seafood buffet. The selection of seafood was exquisite. The quality was unmatched. I enjoyed the gumbo the most (I am from the south). The crab legs, while good, were under appreciated- a reflection of me, not the food. The poke bar was a delightful experience. I most enjoyed having many small plates and an opportunity to sample EVERYTHING. The staff was helpful in explaining what each item was and what they recommended. We helped decorate a wedding reception at the Empire Lodge and Cushing's Cabin. During this event we worked with Natalie and associates with Life is a Party event planning services. It was a beautiful event with an amazing view. We'll post pictures soon. We hope to work with them again soon.
