The man at the front counter taking the orders seemed slow—he pretty much didn’t respond when being spoken to the two women making the ice cream seemed to be running around like hair was on fire and was difficult to get their attention and then the one was very rude. I ordered a hot fudge sundae for my 8 year old daughter. The dish came out as just vanilla ice cream in a cup. When I tried to get the attention of the woman who filled the dish it was difficult and then when said it was supposed to be hot fudge literally rudely said you weren’t charged for that. The receipt literally says sm sundae and was charged $3.79 which is the cost of the hot fudge sundae. Eventually got attention of the man who took the order “Travis” and pointed out the receipt and he did add the hot fudge. Customer service is not even close to a priority. Brought the family to dq today to get lunch while going thru town to go back home. When we arrived the guy (maybe the manager) sat there and stared at us like we were an inconvenience to him for coming in for lunch. The girl behind the counter was at least friendly and had a smile on her face while we ordered. While eating our lunch the guy kept staring at us and said absolutely nothing. My wife was getting creeped out by him staring at us and our kids and not saying a word. We then went up to get our sundaes and blizzards from our lunches and he was super rude when ordering. Any toppings we asked for were "an extra charge" and never gave us an answer on what we could get and not get that wouldn't be an wxtra charge. When we got our sundaes and blizzards they were very runny and bland with very little toppins in them. We will be going elsewhere when traveling thru Park...

I got a bacon cheeseburger that had enough ketchup and mayonnaise on it for at least 10 burgers. I used at least a dozen napkins to clean off some of the excessive condiments. Still couldn't even see the burger. Fries were soggy and tasted like old grease was used. Ordered pecan blizzard and had cheesecake and other ingredients were in it. I previously gave this establishment 5 stars but the employees who are making the food need to be retrained. The last two visits have been a total disaster. May not be giving my business here unless they teach the employees how to make the food properly. I have been a regular customer for many years. I would like to see this rectified so I can change this back to the 5 star rating I had...
