Dunkin' — Restaurant in Park Ridge

I highly recommend that anyone looking for a friendly and convenient Dunkin chooses another location. I parked in an open parking lot where there are multiple facilities such as Dunkin and other store fronts. I had to stop for 5 mins to check on an order at one of the store fronts and then was going to stop into Dunkin to get munchkins. As soon as I parked I had a man run towards me telling me I could not park my car in the lot. Wanted me to move my car. There were no signs indicating that the parking spot was for a specific location. He began to explain that it’s his building and the parking is only for people who are going into his building. It indicated that nowhere near the parking.

I shouldn’t have purchased anything from This dunkin but I wanted to express my disgust and disappointment with this man as he assumed I was not ever going to go to his facility.

I am 39 weeks pregnant, and I was appalled at how indecent and disrespectful this man was.

I will never purchase anything from this facility and I highly recommend you do not either. This owner should be disappointed with his assumptions and treatment to people in the community and...

Terrible be customer service. I called to ask for a flavor of munchkins for an engagement and the agent confirmed that they had munchkins in broken English. I guess I should have known there would be issue from that, since I had to confirm a couple of times with the agents for munchkins, but I drove there anyway, only to find out that they didn't even the carry the flavor despite the fact it is listed on Dunkin donuts website and the agent said they had it. I told the agent that, I was the person on the phone and that he told me, that he had an item that they don't even carry and he didn't even apologize for giving me, the wrong information; instead he ignored me and started taking other customers. I will never go back to this establishment or any other Dunkin donut. I'm so tired of being treated unfairly by agents that are not fluent in English, so they misinform you or give you wrong items and they act like it is the customer fault for their misunderstanding.
