I have been a customer at this McDonald's for over 13 years. I have had occasional frustrations because of incorrect orders, non-availability of menu items and slow service. My experience today, though, was beyond frustrating. I ordered 2 hamburgers (no onions), a small French fry and a large diet Coke at 11:55. It took over 5 minutes to get to the window and another couple of minutes for the window to open. The server gave me my drink and asked me to pull around to a parking spot to wait for the sandwiches because they were "backed up". I pulled around and waited another almost 10 minutes, while at least half a dozen vehicles went through the drive through. Then I got out of the car and talked to the server through the drive through window to let her know I had to go back to work and couldn't wait much longer. She came out shortly after that and gave me a bag that was greasy and somewhat wrinkled. I asked if the delay was due to my ordering sandwiches with no onions. She said, "No, it is just because we were backed up." I checked the time on one of the sandwiches and it was made at 11:56. So I honestly don't know why I had to wait that long. I rushed back to work, NOT arriving before the bell rang (I'm a teacher). I opened the bag to eat my lunch and found lukewarm fries, a cold hamburger (no onions) with black specks on it, and a McDouble plain (not what I ordered). I always open my sandwiches to check for onions, I have never noticed black specks before, but it turns out it was a pepper spice that is added to the sandwiches. I didn't know that at the time, so did not eat the sandwich. I was very disappointed. I went back after work to talk to someone about what happened. The manager or shift leader (not sure) was congenial and actively listened to all I had to say. He reassured me about the black specks and gave me two hamburgers (no onions). The fact that he listened to me and was so nice is why I gave this restaurant two stars...

I had a bad customer experience at the McDonald's in Parker Arizona. Here is what happen. We pulled up to the drive through and I was told to wait, we waited several minutes, I told them we are ready to order, we got no response I keep on waiting. Then they start taking orders from other customers that just drove up to 2nd drive through lane after we waited for several minutes. I told them they skipped us we been waiting for several minutes. They acknowledged that then greeted me with, "how can I take your money" I place my order like normal and as I start to drive off she yells, "Your Rude" through the drive through speaker. I go inside to notify the manager and she gives me a invalid excuse saying we are under staffed today. I told her that has nothing to do with the problem. I explain to the manager I am very dissatisfied with the customer service because they are yelling rude comments to me from the drive through speaker for no reason. I asked them to give me the two happy meals we ordered for our two kids because they were hungry. I didnt want to eat my food because I was upset at this point and they ruined the experience. This McDonald's was the most unprofessional I had ever witnessed, I clearly observed rude immature employees talking and laughing about the situation and not taking the job serious. My girlfriend waited in the car with our kids while I was inside, she told me when I got back to the car the girl working customer service from the drive through window wouldn't stop staring at her giving her dirty looks. I dont know what their problem was but I cant believe these kind of immature rude employees would work for a company like McDonald's which usually always has great customer service. I'm 38 years old and have never experienced rude customer service from Macdonalds and we eat here at least once a week. I'm writing this because I want to make a complaint about my bad...
Read moreI'm now 60 and I have been going to McDonald's all my life, I also worked at a couple of the in my youth. Considered buying a franchise store later in life. So I know little bit about McDonald's food around these great states. I live here now and would go here a lot more often if it were even an average grade McDonald. This McDonald's has always been a disappointment and is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, it has been everytime a constant disappointment. However, it's not to say it's not worth eating at... it's just never up to even substandard it is always a disappointment with something or the other. The other night my fries were soggy and warm not hot and crispy. I couldn't get an ice cream or shake. The ice cream machine is down most of the time when I visit. On one visit I heard the manager(?} Yell out to her crew to "only minimal fries". And scold another who looked to me only trying to help out some drive through customers by saying "only change the lids and straws and send them back out" sounded shady to me, and the worker seemed taken aback at the statement. I've had to throw out cheeseburgers that were uneatable. Overall the food is eatable, it has never been great, sometimes average, but ALWAYS a disappointment of some kind or another for a McDonald's Food Chain Standards. That is why I rate this the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. But I just thought it's time I said something publicly as calling in to complain has never made a change for the betterment of the store.. only an appeasement to a single customer at a time. It's time for a change for the betterment of all and ask corporate to come in and retrain owners/staff or even take over this store. I stand behind these statements and welcome others to comment as well. Most visitors here are tourists as this is a tourist location, not sure if the locals are even aware how good a McDonald's can be....
