My family and I have been loyal customers of Romeo’s and have consistently enjoyed the quality of your pizza over the years. However, during our most recent order, we received a Butcher Block Pizza that was severely burnt and dried out. This was a noticeable departure from the high standards we have come to expect from your brand.
Upon receiving the order, I immediately contacted the store to address the issue. Unfortunately, the conversation with the store manager was both unprofessional and unproductive. I offered to send a photo of the pizza and even suggested that the delivery driver could retrieve the item to verify the condition. Despite these reasonable efforts, the manager was dismissive and unwilling to offer any assistance.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, not only due to the poor quality of the product but also because of the lack of basic customer service. I believe this issue warrants attention, as it reflects poorly on your brand and customer commitment.

Never received any tracking info, never got info that it was delivered.
When I went downstairs about 210 pm to check, it was there, with the pizza box filled with ants because who knows how long it had been sitting on the front porch.
When I called a few minutes ago, the first girl to answer was very sweet and polite. Said she was going to talk to her manager
Then a nasty, way to sure of herself gets on the phone telling me their tracking doesn't work.
And that's my fault how?? Put a note on your website saying it doesn't work.
The nasty combative woman just kept yapping how it's not their fault. The tracking doesn't work, blah blah blah
So I paid $35 for garbage. She offered zero care in the world.
I did call and fill out a contact form for corporate. I'll keep calling and emailing
I also did a charge back with my bank.

Read moreVery disappointed. This location has been going downhill for quite some time now. Every Friday this is our go to place for pizza. We get off late and call right around 9:30 to order our pizza for pick up. Tonight when we places our order online we got a call ten minutes after from the “manager Ashton” (We believe he was lying about his name so I cannot guarantee. This is his name or he is the manager.) Saying that they would not be making any more pizzas for the night and they are shutting down early when we asked why, He said it’s been a long day and they “don’t feel like making anymore pizzas”. We told him how we order every Friday night and this is unacceptable. They basically all laughed at us in the back room and we’re screaming. We have to talk to a manager and he was very unprofessional and a horrible experience.
