I have never had a worse experience in a coffee shop. I ordered two baked goods already sitting at the counter one mocha and one drip coffee it took them over 30 minutes to produce my order and get it to my table. The mocha I order tasted like chocolate syrup and coffee with watered down milk. 15 minutes after I ordered and the people behind me had their order delivered to their table less than informed barista told me that the drip coffee is over there. When I got there I found powdered creamer and burnt coffee. Needless to say or explain any more it was a terrible experience. And the Pull-A-Part was as dry as a paper towel. Read moreCoffee is alright, not great but not bad. They apparently use an entire can of whipped cream when you ask for a whip cup for your kid. That seems pretty ridiculous if you're just getting a treat for your little. They charge $2.50 per cup which is reasonable taking into account they're using an entire can. However, they don't give you a punch for it on your card which is unreasonable at almost $3 a cup. I used to love this place and they do have an advantage being the only coffee place in town. I do think that you'll get more for your money driving to the nearest dutch or human bean. The prices have definitely increased with the change...
Read moreMy husband and I and another couple went out to Parma to try this place for lunch yesterday. The menu was a bit limited, but we all loved our food. The 2 guys each had the pulled pork salad. It was so big, with with so much pork, at only 10.00, a real deal. I had a delicious grilled chicken wrap, and my friend had the chicken sandwich.
