Smokin' Joe's Barbeque — Restaurant in Parowan

Hungry and driving by Parowan, this is the place to stop for a meal right off exit 75 of I-15. Portions of fries were very large, and delicious. Had the Hog Heaven sandwich it was so yummy. Hubby had a chicken sandwich and he enjoyed it. He said we are stopping to eat here on the trip back up north next week. New and clean spot. Cool concept is that they share the space with a coffee shop that serves coffees between 6 AM and 11 AM, then Smokin' Joe's serves later in the day. Definitely...

You’ve got to try the Smoked Pork, Smoked Wings and BLEU CHEESE Sauce, Kid’s Chicken Tenders and Fries (neither frozen and nor pre-made), the Queso Mac, and their Fry Sauce.

Seriously, their sauces are so on point. There’s even honey readily available!
