Me and the hubby decided to get BK from this location not once, but 2xs today. We are otr truck drivers and on our 34hr reset. We had the double croissants for breakfast and they were just cold, and the hashbrowns just tasted like they were fried in some old grease. For dinner, I was like maybe different shift, different people, etc. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt and really craving a burger. We go back and get a triple whopper, regular whopper and 2 large fries. Hubby has such a disgust for mayo, when he checked his whopper there was somehow mayo on some of his lettuce, and our fries were cold. At this point, I'm like all this money we've been spending here today, I'm saying something. I don't usually complain, but this location is ridiculous. It's not like they're busy, haven't seen hardly anyone there all day. The manager came and asked me to show him where the mayo was at on the sandwich, no apology, just took the sandwich and left it at that. They did remake the sandwich and fries, but received the fries and they were not thoroughly cooked. At this point I realized there's no hope with these people. We just noted this will not be a location we visit if we have to pass through again. Don't say we didn't try to warn you...
Read moreI would give 0 stars but it wouldn't give me the option. Went in today at approximately 11:30 am. Ordered a couple of things and asked for some buffalo sauce for my fries, guy at the counter said, no problem. When I received my food I noticed that I never got my sauce, asked the some lady that was at the front counter. Said she was the "manager" but I couldn't tell because she was wearing jeans and a regular shirt with no name tag. She ignored me the first couple of times until I had to ask again, she finally turned around and told me that I never paid for the sauce and completely ignored me again after trying to talk to her. Finally told me that I needed to get back in line and pay the 25 cents during lunch hour when the line was ridiculously long. At least put up a sign to let people know that they will be charged for sauce and train the employeess to be on the same page. I hope she wasn't a manager because she was rude and her customer service...
Read moreOrdered a burger without buns because of gluten. We're not celiac, and we were just traveling through and trying to get back on the road). Came in a tray and looked like something you'd see if you dropped your burger on the floor. My wife asked why there was trash in the bag. Also got kids meals and asked for the toy. No indication they had no toys. They gave us cookies instead and asked if that was ok. Again, gluten free?
