Subway — Restaurant in Pasco

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would . I walked in and the young woman was making my sandwich and I grabbed some chips and begin to snack on them while she was making my sandwich . another young girl came in and the girl behind the counter begin to chew out the customer for not answering her fone , when she called her to tell her sandwiches were ready . then SHE THREW HER OUT ,while I was trying to pay for the sandwich she started to chew me out for eating the chips before they were payed for . I told her she was rude and she began to CUSS ME OUT . I payed for my chips and then she grabbed them out of my hands and STARTED SCREAMING at me . I couldnt believe it ,this lady had some serious mental issues , be careful you dont get this nutcase taking care of you . Its a regular subway with a nutcase in charge . i will be calling management to let them know what rotten...

Went in there 9/9/2024 at 3:10pm, 2 girls were in the back, one of the male employees was outside talking on the phone. When I got there one of the girls just said “one sec” I waited 5 minutes and she walked up to the counter and didn’t even make eye contact and walked back with the other girl. Meanwhile all the lids of their produce were open and flies everywhere touching the veggies. I continued to wait and kept checking my watch. 10 minutes of just standing there and no one offered to take my order. Not very friendly customer service… I worked at a subway before and my manager always made sure we took care of the customer first and then prep in between.. another thing my manager taught me was to keep the kids on the produce to hold proper temperature and avoid flies getting into it…the girls looked annoyed. Normally there is a wait at this restaurant around lunchtime, but nothing like I experienced today. I went through drive thru, not realizing how busy it was inside, but seeing there were no cars in drive thru. I waited for close to 10 minutes at the drive thru window workout anyone ever coming to acknowledge my presence. I finally had to knock on the window, wishing I had driven off after having already waited a few minutes. They came over and mentioned how busy they were inside and took my order and it want to long after that. Food was good, as expected, but it would have been nice to have someone at least come to the window and let me know there was going to be a wait.
