My daughter was in the US Navy in Ballston Spa NY, first in training, then as an instructor so she was stationed there for 3 years. I live in Toronto so I'd go for regular visits with her. Ashley and her shipmates had a standing group date to unwind at a local karaoke bar and of course I'd go with her whenever I was there and it was always such a fun time. She's out of the Navy now, married with a couple of kids and now living in Pasco WA. Recently I went there to visit them for my granddaughter's birthday and the night before I was to return home she asked if I wanted to go to karaoke with her and a couple of her girlfriends. We ended up at Sneakers Pub. We had a smashing good time... great atmosphere, very friendly bartender and patrons... and so many amazing singers! We only ordered fries, which were perfectly done but the dipping sauce that came with them was the best ever. I plan to introduce it to our next family BBQ at home... I think everyone here will rave about that sauce! My next visit with Ashley I'M going to suggest karaoke... and it has to be at...
Read moreYummy bloody Marie's, great NEW 90s jukebox. Great food selection, lots of pull tab choices, scratch tickets, pool, roll the dice to win the POT! Bartenders are ON IT! Never have to wait for a drink ever! Poker some days, bar stool bingo some days. Seriously so many fun things to do here. Great joint! Broasted Chicken cooked in a pressure cooker? Am I serious? Yes. Yes I am! And it's super JUICEY and huge for the price. Not gonna lie, I didn't want to give such a positive review because I don't want the best kept secret to get out, but this is the BEST BAR in Pasco! I don't want my neighborhood pub to be taken over by strangers... But the owner probably feels differently. Come check it out. It's cozy and cute, with a huge menu, and The Best Linda in the...
Read moreI was about to eat at this bar, but my experience started on a sour note. A man allowed the door to slam in my face, fully aware that I was right behind him. Upon entering the bar—one I had visited only once before and enjoyed—I overheard a prune-faced lady at a corner table making judgmental comments about my husband and me. It was unclear whether her remarks were directed at me, him, or both of us, but they felt very unkind.
When leaving, I couldn't help but shout back because I refuse to tolerate unkindness, ignorance, and baseless judgment, especially from someone who appears to be so critical and irrational. I won’t be returning to this establishment if it means being around people like...
