The worst location ever. I placed an order with a delivery and waited for 20 minutes with the mobile tracker and suddenly they gave me a call saying they can't provide a delivery so had to cancel the order. I was not satisfied with the answer over the phone and tried calling back but no answer, I went in person and the young boy said the order is cancelled and will get the refund in 5-7 business days, I waited for 9 business days, meanwhile I filed a complaint to the corporate but no response from them either for almost 4 days, no calls can be made to the customer care and when there was no refund, I tried calling back to the store and the guy said the other team members that day might be busy so they might have forgotten to cancel the order and I am like I came in person and the young boy said they cancelled so basically they lied and wanted to steal money, what crooks!! The guy over the phone had no answer and refunded my money over the phone. Is this a joke? Is this kind of a service to be provided to the customers? The problem is the lack of proper training to the staff working there, if they were trained enough by the manager or owner, the problem would not arise. Don't know who to blame, the owner or the staff? I would NEVER ever go to this location and...
Read moreAbsolutely unacceptable service on two separate occasions at this location. I placed orders for my family ahead of time expecting the usual efficiency Domino’s is known for, only to arrive and find the pizzas hadn’t even been started—twice.
The first order was on 2/28/25 (Order #1760) and the second on 05/02/25 (Order #1156). In both cases, my total wait time from order to pickup stretched to nearly or over 45 minutes. This completely threw off our dinner plans and caused major inconvenience for me and my family.
According to the manager, they’re having issues handling incoming orders, but oddly enough, there was no sign of being understaffed either time. That’s even more frustrating because it means it’s just poor management or lack of urgency.
I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming the first issue was just a one-time fluke. Clearly, it wasn’t. This seems to be a recurring problem at this specific location. Domino’s used to be reliable, quick, and efficient—that reputation is now out the window as far as I’m concerned.
After this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of competitors who actually care about getting orders...
Read moreUpdate: The worst Domino's in Passaic. Even worse then the one on Main Ave. How's it possible? Where do I begin? Let's keep it short. I ordered online. The app said it'd be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived and found a long line and only one person working there. 15 minutes turned into one hour. It ain't what it used to be. They're literally paying you to pick up the pizza now. Times have changed.
TLDR: The Best Domino's in Passaic.
This place is way better than the Main Ave location. I order online through the app, show up on time and the food is ready to go. Never a mistake, the workers are working, no issues with customer service, and it seems to be a well-oiled machine.
Now, comparatively speaking, this place is a haven. The other location downtown is trash bags. Read their reviews. It says it all.
If you had to choose between the two, this should be your choice.
I see some of the other reviews that rate this place poorly and can't help but think that some of them might be confusing this place with the one from downtown (Main Ave). If so, and you're reading this, consider reevaluating your review, taking that energy and redirecting it to...
