Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Peñitas

Not sure who the manager is at this location but I’ve been wanting to leave a review this Chick-fil-A location is rarely ever busy and even when you’re the only car there waiting for your food they manage to get your order wrong or you end up missing things maybe that’s the reason it hasn’t been a hit here in Penitas the Chick-fil-A on Shary Rd is wroth the drive due to them always being on top of things even when they are super hectic . The manager here needs to speak with all the team and come up with a plan. I once placed a mobile order to pick up through drive thru and there was not a single car in sight and the employee was super rude and said how I should still stop at the speaker to repeat my order ? Then what’s the point of placing it through mobile I swear please hire more...

We love Chick-Fil-A, employees are very friendly and well handle situations accordingly. Only negative feedback I have is, restaurants should be on a first come first serve basis, like all the other chick-fil-a's. We got down to dine in and almost all tables were taken, except for 4 that were being cleaned by one of the employees. I told my son to sit while I ordered, and she didnt let us sit down and told us she was cleaning it for some girls that were going there. I would understand if the "girls" were standing next to it or around restaurant, but everyone was sitting and there was nobody waiting for a table. We just left, Ill stick with Shary...

I've been coming here since it opened, it's very clean on the inside and out. There's lots of parking spots available. It's lonely on mornings, there's somewhat traffic on the drive thru. It's gets busy at 11am to closing tho. The playground is cute for younger children. I've heard from many customers the food is small, but it is what it is. I especially love the spicy sandwich with the waffle fries. I recommend getting a frosted coffee with chocolate syrup and cookie crumbles, ITS SO GOOD. There's a seniors discount (56+) so remember to ask for it on the register. Overall, I like coming here with my friends, the employees are nice and the food...
