I am considered a "regular "here. Mostly, because I have frequented this establishment for their SUPERB luncheon specials! I have gotten to know the owner, "Joe" (his American name) and his lovely wife, they are omni-present, as they,TRULY, care about their customers. The kitchen is immaculate. As a contractor I have performed several small jobs in the kitchen and can personally attest to this fact. BTW: The food is AMAZING! Their fried rice is arguably the best among local Chinese food places. They have all of the typical "Chinese restaurant" staples, nearly all of which are quite good.

They have a Thai Basil Chicken dish that's quite delicious (I tend to go light on the sauce), their Paid thai is key, and their Singapore Noodles are amazing, especially when ordered "extra spicy" (it's not really much more spicy).

There was a piece of meat that was raw. The food is a little too oily. Also the portions of the combination plates are really small. When I Yit Ho was open which is not far from there down the street the combination plate portions were giant you would always have left overs. For the price you pay at Asia Taste for a combination plates you really do not get much of a value for the money you pay. I do like Asia Taste but would like Them to do something’s differently.
